What these terms cover

These terms apply to setcoin.group and Setcoin Infrastructure OS — the public site, the Atlas, the Bankability Index, Setcoin Verify, the signed-in workspaces and the tools inside them (together, the “service”), provided by Setcoin Group Inc. (“Setcoin”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. A signed order form or engagement letter takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Accounts and roles

• Give accurate details and use a work email. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Workspaces (developer, lender and capital partner, vendor, LP, Verify) open only after Setcoin approves the request. We may ask for information to confirm your organisation or, for fund interest, your investor status.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share access or let others use your login.

Using the service

Do not: scrape or bulk-download the service beyond what a tool’s own export allows; resell or republish its data; try to reach areas or files you have not been given access to; probe or disrupt its security; upload material you have no right to share or that contains malware; or use the service to breach sanctions, export controls or any law.

Data, the Atlas and the Bankability Index

The Atlas and the Bankability Index are built from public records and, where stated, modelled estimates. Each figure is cited or labelled as modelled. Public registers can be late, incomplete or wrong, so the service is provided for information and analysis. It is a score of what the record shows, not a credit rating, valuation or recommendation. Verify your own conclusions before relying on them for a decision.

Confidential information

Anything a client shares with Setcoin, and every report Setcoin prepares for a client, is confidential. It is visible only to that client’s authorised accounts and to Setcoin staff who need it. If you are given access to a confidential file, use it only for the purpose it was shared for, and do not forward it without the owner’s written consent.

Funds and investor interest

Fund pages describe the strategy of funds Setcoin manages or advises. Registering interest does not commit you to invest and is not an offer or solicitation. Any investment is made only through the fund’s offering documents, only by eligible investors, and only in jurisdictions where it is permitted. See the Disclaimer.

Paid services

Subscriptions, engines (Screen, Verify, DD) and other services are governed by the order form or engagement letter that sets their scope, price and delivery. Unless that document says otherwise, fees are due in advance, exclude taxes, and subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled 30 days before renewal.

Intellectual property

Setcoin owns the service, its software, design, scoring methods and compilations of data. Public-record source data stays subject to its own licences. You keep ownership of what you upload and give Setcoin the licence needed to provide the service to you. Setcoin may use aggregated, anonymised observations — for example, how often projects clear a gate — to improve the service. These never identify you or your client files.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Setcoin excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Setcoin’s total liability arising from the service in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, or USD 1,000 if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. Setcoin may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Sections on confidentiality, intellectual property and liability survive termination.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with the courts of Zürich having exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. We may update these terms; material changes are notified to account holders at least 30 days in advance. Contact: info@setcoin.group.
