Chief Executive Officer & Managing Partner

Igor leads Setcoin Group as CEO and Managing Partner. He built Setcoin Infrastructure OS — the Atlas, the Bankability Index and the engines behind it — to give developers, lenders and suppliers one shared, evidence-based read on every critical-infrastructure project.

His focus is greenfield, shovel-ready development: data centres, power and grid, hydrogen, semiconductors and the other sectors behind the Setcoin Digital Services Economy (DSE) funds. He works with institutional investors and family offices on projects from FEED through FID.

Igor advocates long-term, large-scale infrastructure that creates jobs and supports economic resilience, in line with the DSE framework: solutions built around people’s needs and ready for future generations.

Olena Perepelychna

Managing Partner — Life Sciences & Healthcare

Olena oversees Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare at Setcoin Group. She leads sourcing, due diligence and analysis of early-stage innovation and breakthrough technologies for the Luxembourg fund pipelines.

With a background in responsible ESG investment, she makes sure Setcoin’s strategies meet environmental, social and governance standards, and that clients see cutting-edge life-science opportunities early.

Her work drives Setcoin’s mission to support integrative, personal healthcare transformation through strategic investment.
