What Atlas brings

Primary-source data, independently compiled.

Every record on Setcoin Atlas traces back to its original source — a permit, grid filing, procurement notice or regulatory disclosure — compiled, reconciled and scored by Setcoin rather than resold from a third-party dataset. 88 public systems across six regions.

252,484cited public records behind the Atlas

How the modeled capex is built
Where a filing states the project cost, that figure is used. Otherwise capex is modeled at a flat all-in rate per sector on the filed capacity ($10m/MW for data centres on IT load, $1.4m/MW for solar and wind, $1.2m/MW for storage, $1.5m/MW for thermal). Every modeled figure is labelled as modeled on the record; nothing here is a sponsor's own number.
Why not just a data feed

A subscription tells you what's out there. This tells you what's real.

Generic infrastructure data providers structure the same public filings into a feed. They stop at "here's a project." We stop at "here's whether it survives your credit committee."

Three gates, one file.

Screen sorts the market. Verify checks the sponsor. Due diligence tests the file. Click a step.

Gate 1 · Continuous

Bankability Screen

Portfolio-wide, weekly. Sorts every tracked project into a readiness tier by permits, offtake, grid position and EPC status — the filter that keeps 97% of the pipeline off your desk before it costs you a diligence hour.

4Consent markers scored per project, every week
Gate 2 · Before diligence

Verify Engine

Entity legitimacy — corporate registry cross-checks, sanctions and litigation screening, and a scored misrepresentation assessment run against the sponsor's own claims before a project is worth a call.

0–100Risk score per borrowing entity, before outreach
Gate 3 · On mandate

DD Engine

The full gate-ladder report: a 10–12 item bankability dataroom checklist, financial model re-basing on the sponsor's own numbers, cost-reasonableness benchmarking, and a gap-by-gap roadmap to bankable. This is the file your committee reads.

Every DD Engine report opens with a one-line verdict — proceed, proceed with conditions, or do not proceed as presented — and states exactly what evidence would need to exist to change it.

Global signal · updated quarterly

The macro backdrop your credit committee already asks for.

The Bankability Screen shows what's coming. This is what already got financed, and by whom — pulled from the same class of public filings and league-table data, not a vendor's licensed panel.

Momentum · from the filings themselves

Not just a snapshot

The last 180 days against the 180 before, across US interconnection queues — the direction of travel behind every tier above.

Capital Map · who funds before build

Who's actually deploying, by institution type

The capital groups in the Setcoin Capital Map, by type — from public fund announcements and deal records.

How the Capital Map is built
Each group is profiled from its own fund announcements and deal records: the sectors, regions and stages it has funded in the last 24 months, its usual single-asset ticket, and how it structures the deal. Names are withheld on the public page; the Capital Map in the Atlas shows the anonymised profiles.

For lenders & capital partners

Send us your pipeline. We'll tell you what's real.

If you're holding a shortlist, a fund's existing portfolio, or a sponsor's dataroom and need an outside read before committee, submit it directly — under your own confidentiality terms, not a public sample.

What you get back

Bankability tiering across the whole portfolio. Every project sorted into one of six readiness tiers, on your files, not sponsor claims.

A Verify Engine risk score per borrowing entity. Sanctions, litigation and registry cross-checks, before you make a single call.

A full DD Engine report on your shortlisted candidates. Structured like the sample earlier on this page, addressed to you and your advisers only.

Before you send anything

Questions worth asking.

The things lenders and capital partners ask before their first submission.

What does Setcoin for Capital do?

It gives lenders, funds and advisers a screened, investment-ready shortlist from 26,010 live projects on the public record, verifies the sponsor before the first call, and produces a desktop due-diligence file a credit committee can read. Screening combines the public record with Setcoin's proprietary scoring, reconciliation and knowledge-graph layers.

How much does it cost to start?

A Verify Snapshot on a sponsor starts at $2,500. Portfolio tiering starts at From $4,000 flat for 1–5 projects, and a due-diligence report at From $18,000. Prices are indicative until an order form is signed.

Is this legal, tax or investment advice?

No. Setcoin Verify and due-diligence outputs are an evidence screen, not a legal opinion, tax advice or an investment recommendation. Where a finding needs a lawyer, valuer or auditor to confirm it, the report names the profession that should carry that out.

What if nothing in our portfolio tiers as Tier 1?

You still get the full tiering and Verify scores across the whole portfolio — that's the point of sending it. Knowing which projects to stop chasing is worth the same as knowing which ones to pursue.

How is Setcoin Verify different from standard KYC/AML?

KYC tells you who a counterparty is. Setcoin Verify also scores the misrepresentation risk in what that counterparty is claiming about this specific project — cross-checked against the data room, not just a sanctions and PEP list.

Who actually sees our submission?

Only the Setcoin team assigned to your mandate, under the same confidentiality terms every engagement runs under. Nothing is shared with sponsors or other lenders, or added to the public Atlas sample.

Tier 1 · this week

The target list, sample view.

Sample target list

Project identity and exact site are withheld on the public sample. A live mandate gets sponsor contact and tender window under NDA.
Underwriting context

Base rates, not vibes.

Completion rates by sector — of the projects in the tracked US pipeline that reached an outcome, the share that reached operation rather than withdrawal. Pulled from the queues themselves, not a single sponsor's pitch deck.

Confidentiality

Every engagement is addressed, not broadcast.

Named addressee only. Reports are prepared for a stated mandate holder and its advisers — never for onward distribution without written consent.

Sponsor identity under NDA. The public sample stays anonymized. Full identity and contact are released only once a mandate is live.

Claims, not allegations. Every finding is graded by the evidence that supports or contradicts it — present, partial, or missing — and nothing is stated as fact without a document or register behind it.

Request access.

Tell us your mandate size and sector focus. We'll send a live sample of the target list for your geography, and a sample DD Engine report structure, within one business day. Already have a portfolio ready to screen? Use the submission form above instead.
