Setcoin Infrastructure OS

Every infrastructure deal is diligenced several times over: once by the sponsor, again by each lender, again by each vendor bidding the tender. Setcoin builds the record once. Each project gets one file, one Bankability Index and one set of cited evidence, and every side of the table works from it in its own workspace.

How the sides connect

One project moves up the index, and every side sees it happen

  1. DiscoverThe project is already in the Atlas from the public record, with a Bankability Index.
  2. ClaimThe sponsor claims the record and adds evidence in the developer workspace.
  3. ScreenScreen, Verify and DD test the evidence. Each confirmed gate moves the score.
  4. MatchThe project shows up for the lenders and vendors whose mandate and category it fits.
  5. CloseFID, financial close or withdrawal is recorded, and base rates improve for the next project.
L0 · Sources

The public record, read continuously

Interconnection queues, planning and permit registers, procurement notices, grant and award databases, company registers and sanctions lists. They are ingested weekly or monthly, and every fact keeps a pointer to the document it came from.

L1 · The record

One file per project, shared by everyone

Each project has one project_id. The sponsor, the parent company, the lender, the EPC and the offtaker all hang off it as entity records. Each consent gate has an append-only gate_state history, so the record shows both where a project stands and how it got there. Setcoin's reconciliation engines join the same project, company and investor across registers, and every screen, diligence file and deal adds to a knowledge graph that compounds over time — the part of the record no public source holds.

One number everyone reads the same way

A 0–100 score built only from the four consent gates on the record. Each gate carries fixed points, so the score can always be traced back to its checkmarks. Lenders use it to screen, developers use it to see what to fix, and vendors use it to see when procurement is close.

L3 · Engines

Three tests, run on any project

The public record gives every project a starting score. The engines — Setcoin's own algorithms and rubrics — go further, using the sponsor's own documents, the counterparties behind them and what the knowledge graph already knows from earlier work, and they write every finding back to the record with its citation.

Four rules the whole system keeps

  • Every fact is cited. Modeled figures are labelled as modeled.
  • Client work is private. Visible only to the client's named accounts and to Setcoin. Every view is logged.
  • Companies, not individuals. Verify checks companies and vehicles. Professional contacts are held under a documented lawful basis.
  • One definition. The Bankability Index weights are versioned data, and a new version never rewrites an old score.

About Setcoin

Questions about Setcoin Infrastructure OS

What is Setcoin Infrastructure OS?

One shared record of critical-infrastructure projects — 26,010 live on the map — with a Bankability Index on every project, engines that screen, verify and diligence them, and a workspace for developers, capital partners, vendors and fund investors.

What is the Bankability Index?

A 0–100 score of how ready a project is for finance, read from the gates a lender tests: consent, grid connection, offtake, EPC and funding. A public-record score comes first; a full diagnostic scores the sponsor’s own data room.

Where does Setcoin’s data come from?

Public records are the starting point — 94 public sources, every fact cited. Setcoin’s proprietary reconciliation engines, scoring algorithms and a knowledge graph that compounds with every assessment turn them into the record.

Who is Setcoin for?

Developers and sponsors raising capital, lenders and funds sourcing and screening deals, equipment vendors and EPCs tracking tenders, and investors in the DSE thematic funds.
